Products and prices
- NDI Multiviewer — $5/month or $49/year.
- Lumengrid Record — $19/month or $149/year.
- Vision Mixer — $19/month or $149/year.
Current prices are shown on each product page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Trial
Each product includes a 30-day offline trial from first launch on your computer. The trial is evaluation of paid software. After the trial ends, a paid subscription license key is required to keep using the product.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. After a successful payment we email a license key to the billing email. Yearly Multiviewer licenses are issued for about 365 days from payment; monthly licenses follow the paid period.
Cancel
Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (also linked from product and Support pages). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (cancel_at_period_end). You keep access until that date.
You can also request cancel through the Support form with subject CANCEL (period-end only).
Refunds
No refunds. You may cancel to stop future renewals. Chargebacks and exceptions need a manual review.
Downloads
Download installers only from https://lumengrid.shop. Windows SmartScreen may warn on unsigned builds; prefer the official shop links and published version numbers.
